Audrey Mérigaud was born in 1988 in Nantes. After having finished a preparatory class in an art school of Bayonne, she moved to Bruxelles where she started an illustration course. She graduated in 2011, and finished her studies by a master at the ERG.

Her speciality is cynical humor: she often expresses it in a symbolic way, targeting the inner core of situation. She finds her imagination into banality and daily.
At first, Audrey's work can seem confusing. But it certainly brings you to a deep reflexion about it, which then uncovers the comical side hidden behind the picture. She introduces you to a complex world, filled of strange characters, maybe without head.
